Sweater like piece of clothing with built in pockets in the sleeve. The pockets are made to put "Hot Shots Hand Warmers" into them and will warm the body faster then if the "Hot Shots" were held by the hands. It warms faster because the heat is be directed to more and larger bodily vains heating up the blood more and the entire body faster than normal. This "sweater" is made from 95% "polar flece" 2% "spandex" and 3% "cotton". This is perfect for winter activities like skating, hockey, snowshoeing and what is was made for, snowboarding.
